Hamilton Tilt in Space Armchair

The principle behind the Hamilton Tilt in Space chair is that the seat tilts in space to provide a more comfortable seating position. This is due to the back rest moving with the seat at a fixed angle, meaning that less strain is put on the lower back , especially when the seating is being returned to its upright position. Comes with a two year warranty. Arm covers are supplied as standard with the Hamilton.

In a standard recliner when the backrest is brought back to its upright position, you will feel some pressure. With the Hamilton the pressure of sitting is reduced as it is spread over a larger area, this means sitting for longer periods is more comfortable.

The Hamilton as well as the Pembroke have as standard a foot rest which articulates out when the leg rest is evelavted. The action of the chair also gives you a horizontal lift prior to rising up to help you out of the chair, a superb mechanism.
