I recently purchased a brake lever set from First Choice Mobility Ltd to retrofit to a G-Explorer wheelchair. Before I bought the kit I needed to know what the kit consisted of and First Choice Mobility were extremely helpful and gave me a breakdown of the parts so that I knew this kit would be suitable. Unfortunately, when I attempted to fit the kit I found a couple of small screws and bolts were missing. I contacted their sales department and Geoff identified and sourced the missing parts and arranged for them to be posted to me. I really can’t express how helpful the company (and particularly Geoff) have been throughout my dealings with them and I’d not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It’s so refreshing to find a company that puts customer focus and satisfaction so high.

Excellent service from First Choice Mobility. After extensive research I bought a Monarch Carbon Flyer wchr, and accessories. The customer service was exemplary throughout. Excellent market knowledge, product info, and availability. Easily the best retailer I spoke with during my market search - they did exactly what they promised - they even used the best courier service! I don't think I'll need another wchr for a while, but I'll be straight back to First Choice Mob. for any future requirements and advice. It's rare to get such good service these days - well done Geoff Bax and team. Top result!

I had occasion to ring First Choice Mobility Limited today and was very pleased with the service I received from Dominiq - he was kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the product I needed and even had a sense of humour, something rare these days. I could have purchased the item cheaper from somewhere else, but decided to to with a reputable company, and I'm glad I did. In this day and age, we are all too quick to criticise, but I believe not half quick enough to praise, but praise is certainly due to Doniniq and First Choice Mobility Limited.
