Set up & Warranty Call Out
Below is a description of the set up, delivery and aftercare package that we offer :
- The product will be quality checked against a pre-delivery inspection certificate.
- You will be offered a convenient delivery date and a 3 hour delivery window.
- Delivery will be carried out by a trained, CRB checked and uniformed technician who will carry a validated ID badge.
- Full demonstration and test drive to show you how to operate your product safely and how to look after it.
- You will be given a User Manual which we recommend you read fully and use for future reference.
- Your powered product will be delivered fully charged and ready to use.
- You will be given a contact number to call in the event you require a warranty.
- The first year labour cover allows a maximum of 3 callouts under the Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Faulty or defective parts are covered under the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s warranty.
- You will be given a documents wallet to keep all the information in about your powered product.
- You will be asked to complete a satisfaction survey to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
- All packaging will be removed from your product and recycled.
We feel this is a good value package for your peace of mind, especially if you are new to electronically powered mobility products. Please let us know if you require any further information. Standard warranties are ‘back to base’ .
Standard deliveries are free of charge to parts of UK Mainland Only **Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, N Ireland may incur shipping charges you will be advised of any shipping costs prior to delivery.
Alternatively, we offer a professional delivery and set up option for all mobility scooters, power chairs, electrically operated beds and rise / recline chairs, this also includes 3 warranty call outs for the manufacturers warranty for one year*
