BACS / Bank Transfer
You can also pay for your order by BACS / Bank Transfer. Your order will be
processed once payment has been received and cleared. Please use your order number as the payment
reference wherever possible.

answer any questions about the product and arrange payment securely.
Pay in Store
Payment can also be made in person at our mobility stores. Our experienced team can help you
choose the right product, discuss the available options and complete your purchase in store.
Organisations & Purchase Orders
We welcome orders from organisations and accept official purchase orders from approved customers,
including NHS organisations, Local Authorities, care providers, schools, universities
and businesses.
If you would like to place an order using an official purchase order, please contact our team
and we will be happy to assist.
VAT Relief on Mobility Products
Many mobility products may qualify for VAT relief when purchased by an eligible
person for personal use. Where applicable, you can complete the VAT relief declaration as part
of your order.
