Security / Data Protection
We treat all your personal information as confidential.
All credit card numbers are encrypted using WooPayments/Stripe or Paypal.
CSE encrypts cardholder data at the point of payment, resulting in encrypted data passing through our servers.
The cardholder data is encrypted in the browser (or App) so it cannot be read, and the encrypted data is sent to our server.
A shopper paying by card enters their cardholder data and submits their payment. As the payment is submitted, it is encrypted by Client Side Encryption.
The encrypted details are then passed to our bank that instantly authorizes the payment sending back through Worldpay a confirmation of order. Should you require any further information please contact us by email: [email protected]
We are fully PCI DSS compliant
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is administered by the PCI Security Standards Council. The purpose of the Standard is to decrease payment card fraud across the internet and increase credit card data security. Organisations that store, transmit or process card holder data must comply with PCI DSS. Compliance is regulated and enforced by the ‘acquiring bank’ with whom every organisation must have a merchant account.
Credit Card Fraud Warning
We take credit card fraud very seriously. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. All orders have strict security clearance protocols in place. We pass all details of credit card fraud to the relevant authorities and ensure that issuing banks are made aware when their client’s credit cards have been compromised.

How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the ‘add to basket’ button) without having to buy them – it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout. However, you cannot purchase an item until it has been added to your cart, so remember to check the contents of your cart carefully before you check out.
You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart link on the right hand side of the shop pages. If you want to remove something, simply click on the red box with a “x” inside.
When you have finished shopping click on the ‘view basket’, check your items and quantities are correct if not you can change them before clicking on the continue button. You will then be asked for your personal details or to “log in”. The shopping cart uses cookies to operate.
