S Drive Powerstroll

This magnificent Drive Dual Wheel Powerstroll will turn most manual wheelchairs into carer controlled powered wheelchairs. Designed to take the strain out of pushing a heavy wheelchair and makes easy work of hills, ramps and uneven surfaces. Its unique one click docking station means that it can be fitted or removed very easily within seconds. This Drive Dual Wheel Powerstroll will fit most standard wheelchairs with a seat width of up to 508mm (20").  Making transportation simple the push and slide battery removal system makes for easy charging. Fitted with a simple to use hand controller that has a variable speed dial, forward/reverse functions, illuminated battery gauge and fingertip control.

 

This controller also comes with full programmability and comprehensive fault management systems. The Drive Dual Wheel Powerstroll has a powerful 150 watt, 24V motor making it capable of coping on most terrains and will travel up 10 miles (16 km) on a full battery charge, with a maximum speed of up to 4 mph. Suitable for use when travelling abroad the Drive Dual Wheel Powerstroll has a maintenance free airline friendly 24V 12ah valve regulated sealed lead acid battery pack. This is the standard Powerstroll with a combined user and wheelchair weight capacity of 135 kgs (21 stone) Heavy Duty version upto 28 stone.
