Sliding and Supporting

Are your handles adjusted to the height of your wrists? Do you pull your elbows back slightly when pushing? When pushing and supporting, it is important to ensure that the Carbon Rollator is as upright as possible when adjusting the correct height of the cork handles. If it gets "wobbly" or a slight dizziness appears, dare to lean on the push handles. The rollator can be loaded up to 150kg and the anti-slip handles provide a firm hold even for anxious rollator riders.

Different Paths and Roads

The Saljol Carbon Rollator is approved for both daily indoor and outdoor use. It runs smoothly with the two-layer rubber coating and is therefore much quieter on asphalt than its relatives. On unpaved dirt roads its super soft tyres spring as efficiently as pneumatic tyres. In rain and damp weather the brakes "like to slip through"! The Saljol gearshift works independently of the weather and offers an additional safety brake in wet conditions.

Sitting and Resting

The soft wheels jump over the unloved bumpy track, the cork grip offers a good grip even with wet hands. And when muscle strength decreases, the walker simply takes a seat on the soft rollator seat. The personal park bench is perfect and always with you. Please always press both parking brakes left and right before setting down! We recommend the adjustable and cuddly back strap for an increased sitting feeling and more safety.

Shopping

A reasonably and safely equipped rollator can provide the necessary independence and walking motivation to manage the weekly shopping - often THE place for social contacts. Older people often see poorly. So why not brighten up the inner lining of the removable shopping bag?

Overcoming Kerbs and Thresholds

To minimise risk and make it easier to overcome kerbs and thresholds, Saljol has integrated extra-flat tipping aids on the rear wheels that are ergonomically accessible to the feet. The distance for the foot is minimal and therefore safer than with conventional rollators. By the way, our customers are enthusiastic about the ease with which the rollator climbs when the tipping aid is "started".

Parking and Loading

Simply press down the two smooth-running brake handles on the left and right of the handle. The rollator stands securely on the spot. Saljol recommends folding the carbon fibre rollator to its 22cm width to take it with you in the car. It fits into even the smallest luggage compartments.

Travels

The small pack size of the Saljol Carbon Rollator invites you to travel. It is quickly assembled and stowed away. When travelling by car, please ensure that the rollator is well lashed and that no heavy objects are placed on the carbon frame. Tip! Inform the airline about the take-away. Most airlines take your rollator with them free of charge.
