The Duraflex mattress has been specifically designed to provide a versatile mattress solution for a variety of healthcare requirements, including the specialist needs of mental health units. Available with a choice of pressure reducing foam cores and heavy duty cover options, the mattress can be tailored to suit the most specific patient requirements.

The Duraflex mattress is fully encased in an advanced duobase fabric cover. This heavy duty cover is designed to withstand the rigorous demands of high tolerance working environments, whilst the choice of pressure reducing foam cores help contribute towards an effective pressure ulcer prevention plan.

Infection Prevention:

• Waterproof, vapour permeable cover can be easily wiped clean
• High frequency welded seams reduce the risk of fluid ingress
• Zip is protected by a double sided, full length welded flap**
• Cover can be removed and laundered at 80ºC**
