At First Choice Mobility we are so confident that our prices are one of the lowest in the UK we offer a price match guarantee as standard.
Obviously, there are some rules and criteria that must be met before we will accept to price match any items.
The Rules
- The price must be genuine
- The item must be like for like
- The price must be the total price delivered
- The item can not be part of a group of items
- The item can not be a sale or end of line item
- The price promise is for items purchased through our website only
- Full details must be given in writing to enable us to check it’s genuine
- The price match is only valid before purchasing from us
Why have these rules and criteria?
The rules and criteria are there for you the customer. Our aim is to provide any product at the lowest possible price so you the customer can benefit from high quality products without the high prices. We have to protect ourselves from “False Price Matches” so that we can continue to offer this service to our genuine customers. Why let a minority spoil it for the majority.
First Choice Mobility reserves the right to refuse any price match should they feel that it is not genuine.
