The STERLING S50 Carbon Fibre Folding Mobility Scooter combines an ultra-lightweight carbon fibre frame with a brilliantly simple one-piece folding design, making everyday travel easier without compromising on comfort or performance.
Weighing just 12.88kg, the S50 Carbon is exceptionally lightweight for a complete folding mobility scooter. There is no dismantling required and no collection of loose scooter parts to load into your car – simply fold the scooter in two easy steps and you're ready to go.
With a maximum range of up to 19.2km (11.9 miles), a spacious foot platform, intelligent Turn Assist technology and easy-to-use key fob operation, the S50 Carbon has been designed to make both travelling and everyday mobility refreshingly simple.

Despite its lightweight design, the S50 Carbon provides a maximum travel range of up to 19.2km / 11.9 miles, giving you the freedom to enjoy shopping trips, days out and everyday journeys with confidence.
Turn Assist Technology
The intelligent Turn Assist system gently adjusts the scooter's speed as you steer, helping provide a smoother and more stable feeling when cornering and giving the rider greater confidence and control.
Spacious Foot Platform
The S50 Carbon's chassis is positioned above the front wheels to create a larger, flatter foot platform. This provides additional room for the feet and legs and helps create a more natural and comfortable seating position, particularly for taller users.
Easy Key Fob Start
Starting the S50 Carbon couldn't be simpler. Hold the key fob next to the control box and press the start button – there's no need to insert or turn a conventional key. When the scooter has been left parked, your fob is required to reactivate it for added peace of mind.
Simple Wig-Wag Controls
Straightforward wig-wag controls allow forward and reverse movement to be operated using either the thumb or fingers. Large, easy-press buttons also make the controls easier to operate for users with reduced hand strength or dexterity.
Simple Two-Step Folding
Getting the S50 Carbon ready for transport is refreshingly straightforward. Pull the easy-release catch beneath the seat to fold the scooter flat, then lower the tiller and guide the handlebars into the receivers to secure the scooter neatly in its folded position.
Even the seat cushion remains in place, so there are fewer loose components to handle and no complicated dismantling process before loading the scooter into your vehicle.
