The Pride Jazzy Select 6 Powerchair is a further example of Pride's use of "in-line" motor technology in powerchairs, that offers more torque and power, without sacrificing the range of your powerchair.
The Jazzy Select 6 is sturdy enough to carry a user of 21 stone in weight up to 15 miles (24km) between charges, yet has a very small turning circle of only 20.5". The twin in-line motors are driven by two 30 a/h batteries to give you a smooth delivery of power.
The large, puncture proof central drive wheel, combined with the innovative "active trac" suspension system ensure you have a very comfortable and stable ride. This is further enhanced by the adjustable high back seat, featuring a recline and swivel action.
The narrow frame design enables it to get around indoors in tight hallways and kitchens, and the Active-Trac suspension makes sure that the ride is smooth, whatever the surface
The controls are simple to use and very responsive. Available in either red or blue, the Jazzy Select 6 is a great example of power, style and comfort.
On the Jazzy Select 6, there is a further option to have a powered seat lift. This allows you to raise your seat while in the chair, up to four inches, and still be able to drive the Powerchair. For your safety the chair automatically slows to half speed while the chair is in the raised position. Powered seat lift does not have the swivel seat feature.
