Ezi-Fold Carbon Lightweight Folding Powerchair
Lightweight carbon fibre mobility built for independence.
The Ezi-Fold Carbon combines premium carbon fibre construction with impressive everyday performance in an exceptionally lightweight folding electric wheelchair.
Weighing just 12.7kg without the battery, the Ezi-Fold Carbon has been designed to make lifting, storing and transporting a powered wheelchair significantly easier, while still supporting users up to an impressive 150kg.
Twin 200W motors, precise joystick control, electromagnetic braking, attendant control and a built-in pathway light combine to create a highly practical powerchair for everyday mobility and travel.
Why Choose the Ezi-Fold Carbon?
The Ezi-Fold Carbon is designed for users who want the independence of an electric wheelchair without the weight and bulk associated with many traditional powerchairs.
Its carbon fibre frame provides an excellent combination of strength and low weight, while the manual folding design makes the chair easier to store and transport.
Once unfolded, responsive twin-motor performance, intuitive joystick control and a tight 74cm turning radius provide excellent manoeuvrability, while practical features including attendant control, anti-tip wheels and electromagnetic braking add convenience and reassurance.
Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fibre Frame
Premium carbon fibre construction provides impressive strength while keeping the powerchair's weight to just 12.7kg without the battery. This makes lifting and transporting the Ezi-Fold Carbon considerably easier.
Compact Manual Folding
Designed with transportation and storage in mind, the Ezi-Fold Carbon folds manually into a compact package, making it a practical choice for users who regularly travel by car or have limited storage space at home.
Twin 200W Motor Performance
Twin 200W motors provide smooth acceleration, responsive steering and dependable everyday performance, with a maximum speed of 4mph.
Digital Joystick Control
An intuitive digital joystick provides precise directional control and excellent manoeuvrability, helping make the Ezi-Fold Carbon straightforward and comfortable to operate.
Integrated Pathway Light
A useful downward-facing pathway light is integrated into the joystick controller, providing additional illumination of the area immediately ahead in lower-light conditions.
360° Manoeuvrability
Responsive joystick steering and a compact 74cm turning radius make manoeuvring through everyday indoor and outdoor environments easier.
Manual & Electric Modes
The Ezi-Fold Carbon can be switched between electric and manual/freewheel operation, allowing the chair to be pushed manually when required.
Attendant Control
Attendant control provides additional flexibility where assistance is required, allowing a companion or carer to help control the powerchair.
Electromagnetic Braking
An electromagnetic braking system provides controlled stopping as the joystick is released, helping provide reassurance during everyday use.
Lightweight Without Compromising Capacity
One of the standout features of the Ezi-Fold Carbon is the combination of its 12.7kg weight without the battery and impressive 150kg maximum user capacity.
This makes it particularly attractive to users who want a lightweight powerchair that's easier to transport but still offers reassuring strength and everyday practicality.
Add twin 200W motors, attendant control, a 74cm turning radius and carbon fibre construction, and the result is a highly versatile folding powerchair designed around independence.
