Repose Express Harlem Porter Mobile Care Chair

The Repose Harlem Porter express is a quick delivery version of the made to order Harlem Porter. It has all the same credentials but is ready to ship in upto 10 days as opposed to the 'Made to Order' Harlem Porter which usually takes upto 6 weeks for manufacture.

The Harlem Porter Express is available in one size and one set of upholstery, with options for back rest, seat cushion is memory foam. Images of the coloured Harlem for illustrative purposes only to show its multi positions, other colours available with the made to order version.

Every aspect of the Harlem Porter has been researched and engineered to provide a feeling of comfort, safety and security, from the high arm design and backrest recline, to the seat depth and angle adjustments; each element of the design is tailored to support conditions associated with severe or involuntary movement.

The Harlem comes with a manual independent recline allowing the user to maintain flexibility over their body position, particularly the amount of hip flexion, enabling them to maximise comfort as well as managing health needs. Angle range: 95º - 120º.

Express Harlem does not have a leg rise, if legs are needed to be rised when back rest is adjusted, please choose the leg support block which clips to the front of the chair.

There is a choice of six back cushions, all removable, interchangeable, replaceable and each designed with different postural and pressure management qualities. The ability to remove and interchange these cushions ensures that the chair can be adapted over time for changing conditions or new users, giving greater longevity of usage.

It has a very wide spectrum of users including those with life limiting conditions, ataxic movements and aching joints, where any movement is painful. However, it can also be used as a general porter chair.

Leg Support Block  Option

Optional contoured leg support block. The contoured leg channels provide comfort and support by reducing the risk of a user crossing their legs or from their legs falling off the edge of the leg support. Attach the leg support using the connecting straps as indicated. The connecting straps fitted to the chair are included.
