The Drive Nimbo Adult Posterior Posture Walker is a strong, supportive and highly adjustable walking aid designed to promote a more upright posture, controlled movement and greater confidence when walking.
Designed for larger and adult users, this Nimbo features a robust welded steel frame and can be configured for either posterior or anterior use, providing greater flexibility to accommodate individual walking and postural requirements.
Height-adjustable handles, independently adjustable wheels, anti-reverse rear wheels and lockable swivel front wheels combine to provide excellent control, while the folding frame makes the walker easier to transport and store.

When used in its posterior configuration, the walker is positioned behind the user, helping encourage a more upright walking position while leaving the area immediately in front of the user open.
Unlike the smaller lightweight aluminium Nimbo models, this adult version features a welded steel frame providing additional strength and a maximum user weight of 125kg / 275lbs.
A highly configurable wheel system allows the walker to be adapted to different levels of mobility and walking control, while the generous handle-height adjustment of 92–104cm helps accommodate taller users.
Posterior or Anterior Configuration
The walker can be configured for posterior or anterior use, providing greater flexibility when selecting the most appropriate walking position and level of support for the individual user.
Strong Welded Steel Frame
A robust welded steel frame provides excellent stability and support while maintaining a manageable overall weight of 7.25kg. The walker supports users weighing up to 125kg.
Height-Adjustable Handles
Handle height can be adjusted between 92cm and 104cm (36"–41"), allowing the walking position to be set to suit the individual user's height and requirements.
Rear Anti-Reverse Wheels
The rear wheels incorporate an aluminium ratchet and pin mechanism designed to prevent unintentional backward movement. The anti-reverse system can be disengaged when both forward and reverse movement is required.
