We also aim to fulfill our responsibilities to the communities and environments in which we operate.

Our Commitment to You

Free Delivery

We currently offer free postage and delivery on all UK mainland orders.
This offer applies to ‘Standard’ UK Mainland Deliveries only. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may incur additional shipping charges. You will be informed of any such costs before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. However, for items that are out of stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order is affected, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We always strive to minimize delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Made-to-order or bespoke items (e.g. power chairs, wheelchairs, rise and recline chairs) – You will be required to approve a Order Confirmation at point of order
Health & Safety-sensitive products (e.g. incontinence products, bath lifts)

VAT Exemption

If you are chronically sick or disabled, or buying on behalf of someone who is, you may be eligible to purchase certain products without paying VAT.

We display two prices for most products: with and without VAT.
To claim VAT exemption, you must complete and sign the declaration during the ordering process.
Not all products are eligible for VAT exemption.

Guarantee / Warranty

Most of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note:

The warranty does not apply to items used outside the UK mainland.
It does not cover the cost of hiring replacement equipment.
The warranty is valid only if the product is used and maintained as directed.
Modifying a product voids the warranty and our guarantee.
Products used by multiple users are not covered under warranty.

Choosing our paid delivery and set-up service entitles you to three free warranty callouts within the first year. See individual product listings for more details.
